Personality:
Blue is a bit of a narcessist, very confident, and also a little needy. He gets jealous easily when someone's attention is taken away from him, and often will act bratty to get it back. He's collected several drama skills over the years, such as crocodile tears, fainting, or acting innocent. He has no problem using these to his advantage at all. When he's bored, he'll often play pranks. They're harmless enough though- for the most part.
If Blue feels that people don't really like him, he will be really persistent in stalking them and trying to make them like him. It'd not exactly the best approach, but try telling him that. The good thing is, as long as he thinks everyone likes him, he's not as annoying, and is actually fairly nice. He never really dislikes anyone, but depending on what's going on in the moment, he will sometimes acts like he does. He's a little spitfire when annoyed.

History:
There once was a woman from a rich family named Red. Red Rosen. She was very beautiful, and was constantly attracting the attention of men, whether they were in another relationship or not. Red loved the attention, and took advantage of it. When she became an adult and went into acting, she had many relationships with others, but finally met one man she thought she could finally settle down with. But when she told him she was pregnant, he broke up with her and left her. Red was aghast. He had actually broken up with her, instead of the other way around? Despite how it surprised her, she wouldn't waste any time pining after him, like many others had for her. Even so, she would keep the child just to spite him.
When the baby was born, she changed her mind about just keeping it to spite him. She adored the child, and named him Blue Rosen. Red spoiled him rotten, buying him whatever he wanted, paying all her attention to him, and just in general, treasuring him. She never thought she would get bored with attracting men, but after Blue was born, she just stopped caring. He became the center of her world. She would take him with her everywhere she went, and next to her, he was the center of attention. He had inherited his mothers looks, but not her coloring, which may have something to do with it.
Red became more motivated on delving into her work and focusing on her son. When she couldn't take him to things, he would often stay with his grandparents, aunts/uncles on his mothers side, or even some of his mothers close friends. They pampered him because he was the first grandchild/nephew they had. They constantly doted on him, got him extravagant gifts, and took him on all kinds of trips. Needless to say, Blue was spoiled.
Blue developed the thought that this is how people who liked you were supposed treated you all the time. And, he thought every one should like him, because everyone he met seemed to. He started to expect people who he had just met to adore him. It worked out for the most part when he traveled with his mother
Unfortunately, when Blue grew to his teen years, he was enrolled in normal school instead of having a tutor and going with his mother everywhere. He actually started interacting with others, and this didn't turn out all that well because of his strange expectations. Red finally noticed how he never had any friends, but the damage was already done, and so he continued to think in his weird way. When she finally gave up trying to , Red reluctantly sent him off to the school, wanting him to find himself a mage, like she never had herself, and hoping he would finally make some friends who were willing to stick with his odd behavior- as well as hopefully help him become a little more independent.


-----Additional Information-----
Blue is actually an albino, but he dyes his hair blue so he doesn't feel so colorless. The dye doesn't carry over into his Mink form, so he's pure white in it.
In mink form, because he's white instead of blue like his hair in his normal form, the easiest way to tell who he is, is to look for the markings under both his eyes, and the collar around his neck, with the blue rose charm.
Good memory
He wears his hood up a lot of the time to either hide his white roots when he's too lazy to dye them again, or because it's too bright outside(Paired up with sunglasses).
Purrs when happy
His hair is really soft and smooth.
He's only five feet tall, but kind of has little dog syndrome
The marks are under both his eyes
The rose charm on the collar was actually a gift from Blue's father to his mother, and Red gave it to Blue as a gift when he came to Coccinum Academiae. He's currently unaware of it's origins though, because he doesn't hold his father in the highest regards.
